  • We're moving the October meeting to be the SECOND Tuesday of the month, because the week prior (and on our normal meeting night), Buck and John, Dee, and all your other favorite Adobe peeps will be at AdobeMAX in Los Angeles to find out the latest/greatest in the land of Adobe as the Staples Center welcomes a few thousand Adobe product users to its glass doors.
We'll bring back pictures, recaps, sneak peeks, and other news about what's going on as announced just a week prior.
It will be a fun, casual meeting filled with announcements and tips/tricks from the Pros!
    See you then...invite a friend!

Put your creative skills to work for KCMO! The city has asked the Code for America Brigade for help in developing a tool that will increase engagement between the government and its citizens. This is right up CFA Brigade's alley. Think projects like http://www.smc-connect.org/ from San Mateo County or http://commons.codeforamerica.org/apps/textizen or http://commons.codeforamerica.org/apps/seeclickfix, but something uniquely Kansas City.
Come meet and work with other civic-minded folks passionate about open government and civic tech! Hack Night is a weekly event hosted by Code for America, so come by and work on a civic project you have already started, start a new project, or collaborate with others on their projects.
Be sure and sign up at the national Brigade site: brigade.codeforamerica.org
